Kevin Finch of Big Table partnered up with The Purple Turtle and Chris Olsen of NOC Architecture once again to create community around food. For February's event the chefs donating their time and talents were David Blaine of Latah Bistro and Mercia Sheets of Madeleines Cafe. In the spirit of Mardi Gras season and the Saints recent win at the Super Bowl it was a cajun inspired menu. Great food, great people and a great cause...thanks for the opportunity Big Table!
